What is a senior portrait session?
A senior portrait session is a customized photoshoot experience for a high school senior. This is your chance to celebrate your accomplishments, showcase your passions, and capture your passions. This is NOT your basic yearbook picture. Yearbook pictures are cookie-cutter images. They all look the same. Just check out mine:
I felt uncomfortable, unnatural, and not myself at all. The photographer did not care about me, how I looked, or how the images looked. They had a job to pose me exactly as they were taught and get me out of there in under 10 minutes. I disliked my yearbook photo so much, I didn’t even let my parents purchase any prints!
Every high schooler deserves a senior portrait session that is unique to their preferences and their accomplishments. Your high school experience is special and fleeting. You are constantly growing, learning, and thriving. You’ve gone from a little kid to a young adult and you’re about to take off and conquer the world.
A senior portrait session captures you just as you are, as your best self, so you can look back on yourself years later and remember who you were right before one of the biggest transitions of your life.
This is why I do what I do
I am a high school senior photographer because I want to show you that you are beautiful and deserve to feel amazing for your senior year. I know how crazy being a high school senior is, and you deserve to have a senior portrait session with amazing and authentic photos of yourself.

During your session, I’ll make sure to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Unlike the yearbook photo ( like mine!), a senior session is one that lets me guide you through the process and make sure you get the most out of your experience.

A senior session experience should always be about living in the moment. It gives you the freedom to live your life full of joy, extraordinary moments and happiness. After all, you are only a high school senior once! Let’s make it as memorable as possible.
