Senior Portraits at Grounds for Sculpture, New Jersey.

Happy September! We are halfway through this month and I am so excited to share some sneak peeks of Denise’s senior portraits! Denise chose to have her session at Grounds for Sculpture. It is a beautiful, art-filled park and museum in Hamilton, NJ.

Our first stop, of course, was visiting the makeup artist! Denise got all dolled up, got into her first outfit, and right to the grounds!

A shoot at Grounds for Sculpture is not for the weak-hearted. The place is HUGE (42 acres!) and we walked a ton. But Denise and her mom were total troopers and were ready to walk all over.

Since Denise booked my biggest package, we had tons of time to explore and get the best shots.

Denise picked the PERFECT outfits for this location! It was very end-of-summer vibes. It is always so important to make sure that your looks go with the environment, and Denise did an amazing job.

Of course, we got some shots of her and her mom together, too!

P.S. For all of the parents wondering out there, you are encouraged to participate in your senior’s session experience! Denise’s mom was so sweet that she insisted on holding onto my reflector while we walked around. She even got in on the action by holding it up for me when I needed it. The absolute sweetest!

I always appreciate the gesture. What I love even more is that parents can be part of a special day that takes weeks to plan out.
